Alternative Way to Run Latest Inkscape on macOS Sierra
Had a pretty rough time getting the newest Inkscape (0.92.2) on macOS Sierra. Previously I used Macports but kept running into build issues after upgrading to macOS Sierra and sought an alternative. This is a high-level overview of the steps taken to get it working.

Pig and Bird for Twitter Art Exhibit 2017
It's kind of cool when your art can help out someone or something. There is a yearly charity art exhibit and auction called "The Twitter Art Exhibit,", and the proceeds from the auction are donated to a worthy cause. After you sign up, the goal is to create a postcard sized traditional media artwork.

My First Art Crisis
